Bio paragraph: Michael Liu is a lawyer from People’s Republic of China. He has worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the International Criminal Court (ICC) and the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) under various capacities. Presently, Mr. Liu is setting up a team to represent victims at the ECCC as the international co-lawyer. He also teaches international law at the Royal University of Law and Economics (Cambodia). He has been involved in arms trade treaty matters since 2010 when working as the legal officer of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Eastern Asia Delegation.
