On September 28 and November 1, 2022, Secretary General of the CACDA Li Chijiang met respectively with First Counsellor Simond Galbert and Political Counsellor Philippe Orenes from the French Embassy, and Defense Attache Drew Holliday and Second Secretary Adaeze Igwe from the US Embassy. The two sides had an in-depth exchange of views on the current international nuclear arms control situation and hotspot arms control issues.
