On October 28, 2022, Sun Xiangli, council member of the China Arms Control and Disarmament Association and deputy Director of the Strategic Research Center of the China Academy of Engineering Physics, was invited to attend the 2022 Carnegie International Nuclear Policy Conference held by the Carnegie Institute for International Peace and delivered a keynote speech on the topic "Plus Ça Change? Innovations in Delivery Systems". Associate Professor Jiang Tianjiao from the Development Institute of Fudan University participated in the interactive discussion. Laura Grego, senior scientist at the Union of Concerned Scientists, and Greg Weaver, former Deputy Director for Strategic Stability of the U.S. Joint Staff, attended and spoke at the meeting.
