On October 21, 2021, the China Arms Control and Disarmament Association, the Russian Energy and Security Research Center and the U.S. Pacific Forum jointly held trilateral dialogue on Regional Strategic Stability and Nuclear Risk Reduction in Northeast Asia, Li Chijiang, Secretary General of the association and Director, Zhou Chang attended the meeting. More than 20 experts and scholars from China, the United States and Russia attended the meeting and had an in-depth discussion on the security guarantee of the DPRK. Chinese experts and scholars from China Institute of Nuclear Industry Strategy, Strategic Research Center of China Academy of Engineering Physics, Carnegie Global Policy Center of Tsinghua University, Peking University, Fudan University attended the meeting.
