On May 13, 2021, CACDA President Zhang Yan was invited to have an online exchange with experts of the European Leadership Network (ELN), a think tank headquartered in UK. ELN Senior Consultant, former Foreign Minister of Serbia Goran Svilanović and former Director General of OPCW Ahmet üzümcü attended the meeting. The two sides exchanged views on how the nuclear-weapon states could jointly reduce nuclear risks.
