In September 2020, CACAD and the Center for Global Security Research of Lawrence Livermore Laboratory (LLNL) of the U.S. Department of Energy co-organized an online seminar, exploring the gain and loss of the China-U.S. track 1.5 nuclear dialogues over the past decade and discussing the prospects for future dialogues. In this context, Brad Roberts, Director of the Center for Global Security Research of LLNL compiled the meeting papers submitted by the Chinese and American experts into a research report, which the two sides agreed to release on their websites respectively.
