CACDA Vice President & Secretary General Li Chijiang attended an international seminar on “Mapping the Impact of Machine Learning and Autonomy on Strategic Stability and Nuclear Risk” organized by Stockholm International Peace Research Institute and EastWest Institute on May 8-9 in New York. The seminar focused on the topics including Machine Learning and Autonomy in Nuclear Weapon System, Transatlantic, East and South Asia Key Takeaways and Scenarios, Policy Options to Address Regional Impacts on Global Trends. More than 30 experts and scholars from countries including China, U.S., Russia, U.K, France, Japan, India, and Pakistan joined the meeting.
