Bernardo is the Head of Saferworld’s China Programme. With 25 years of experience in human rights and conflict prevention as well as two decades at Saferworld in several management roles, he now manages projects on arms export controls, conflict-sensitive business practices and China’s engagement in UN peacekeeping operations.
